1. Overview
At Infersity, we strive to provide excellent value through our influencer marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
🟢 Eligible for Refund:
- You have been charged more than once for the same service.
- You cancel a paid subscription within 24 hours of initial payment and no services have been used.
- A technical error from our side prevents you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days.
🔴 Not Eligible for Refund:
- You changed your mind after service usage or campaign activation.
- Dissatisfaction based on campaign performance (results may vary).
- Partial use of a subscription or service.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
3. Campaign and Influencer Services
Once a campaign is launched or collaboration is initiated through our platform, refunds will not be processed unless:
- The influencer fails to deliver content as agreed and the issue is reported within 3 days.
- The brand violates platform rules, leading to campaign suspension.
Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will investigate before making a decision.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for remaining time.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers.
